The Application:
Complete the Application. Include with the application:

• A recent photograph of the applicant. (This is not required, but is recommended).
• Application fee ($100). Please include the applicant’s name on the check.
  This fee is waived for financial aid applicants.
• Make a copy of the completed application for your records.
• Mail the application as soon as possible.

Recommendations:
General Recommendation (for Lower School Applicants)

• Print the applicant’s name on the General Recommendation Form.
• Give the form to the applicant’s current, primary teacher with a pre-addressed, stamped envelope.

Math and English Teachers’ Recommendations (for Middle and Upper School Applicants)

• Print the applicant’s name on the Administrative and Teacher Recommendation Forms.
• Give the forms to the applicant’s current English and math teachers with pre-addressed, stamped envelopes.
